P.P.S. You can create and delete a temporary lease object in LDAP that
gets queried before you add a user, and prevents race condition problems.
With an expiry date to prevent lose ends.
And the ID of the creator to allow you to send a message: "Admin 4711 is
just creating a new user entry. Tell him to hurry up!"
