It sounds like it's similar to the analysis of a religious Jewish friend of mine who concluded that the Old Testament (AKA Hebrew Bible AKA Torah) doesn't prohibit gay sex. His analysis depended on a subtlety of Hebrew grammar, so it's not something you'll see in an English translation.
