As you are buying the product from Kogan HK you aren't paying GST anyway so how could you claim it ? Of course if the order is over $1000 thats diffrent but then you would have an invoice from customs for the GST you paid allowing you to then claim the GST you actually paid..
Correct, but that is another reason why their product is "artificially" lower priced and it underlines the fact that it isn't AU stock. I would expect thinkofus to provide a proper tax invoice and with them you get the 2 years standard AU warranty on the item I linked to. They also sell grey imports but Kogan ONLY sells grey imports.
