Can I suggest that what Jonna Ivin-Patton needs to understand is that; the cultural-working class regardless of their income level ; are the vast irrational, xenophobic, economically myopic, preservers-of-the-status-quo and silent conservative majority; who voted in Adolf Hitler, John Howard, Scot Morrison and Donald Trump..... Here' rational' is used as : ' action or belief consistent with knowledge" and because she 'rationally' can see that this demographic is not acting in it's own economic self-interest; she believes things can change by just bringing this, to their attention.
