Perhaps then it might be handy for two people to volunteer as proxies for the "yes" and "no" camps and so people will know they can nominate a certain person. Otherwise those outside Melbourne may not know whom they could nominate. I'm happy to take either position if somone strongly wants to take the other (I'm ambivalent on the issue). Thoughts?
