I don't think I've ever filled out the form at the end (let alone submitted it in writing to the secretary) so I'm guessing I'm not actually a member of LUV? The rules do not mention luv-announce at all, which is what I thought was the criteria. Do we have anyone who is a member of LUV under the rules? :-) cheers!
