This would be downright embarrassing to us VA Linux Systems employees if that firm hadn't first degraded in 2001 to VA Software Corporation (a proprietary software company, replacing the former open-source oriented hardware company that hired me) that then pushed me and many others out the door in 2003, which in turn renamed itself to SourceForge, Inc. in 2007, then downsized and renamed itself in 2009 to Geeknet, Inc., which in turn sold off Sourceforge.net and Slashdot.org to Dice Holdings in 2012. So, in short, yr. humble servant's conscience is clear, and, yeah, avoid these poxy bastiches. ;-> And good riddance when they dissolve completely.
