Have signed up with iPrimus for a landline and ADSL package. Have received sms notifications from them telling me that my landline voice is now up and running. But we can only find two wall sockets, and tested them both with a known-good handset. No dialtone. MY MOBILE IS 0427 024 735 The supposedly active landline is 9720 3975 Can probably pay you a bit, or repay in some other way, as it looks like it will require an on-site visit, and iPrimus or Telstra would probably charge a lot to fault find. No doubt landlord will claim that a phone is "not an essential service" and not pay for any fixes done.
