With Android we are back to Windows 98 if it comes to controlling the machine. We don't know what's there, and the system does not have usable security mechanisms. Well, Android is a Linux kernel.. Would be good to have a kernel which is running Linux containers, or Xen, and then you can install a "Facebook container" which gets access to the system as you wish. It is always better to start with a clean sandbox first and then open as you like, instead of closing holes everywhere. Regards Peter
