have started under Howard but it continued and was revised to something

difference I can see is that Abbott is trying to make it less visible.
This isn't party political, so stop trying to make it look that way. Stop
trying to blame the coalition/ALP.
This is an issue which is beyond politics and requires our social and
personal attention.
Tony Abbott should be held personally responsible for his own actions. The
Liberal party should be held collectively responsible for their own party
policies.
The ALP did some bad things while they were in power, but they lost an
election. Now the Liberal party is in power and they have to be held
accountable for their own actions.
If you want to protect the image of the Liberal party then encourage them to
stop being evil.
