I've been backing up Android phones for years with this, and it has never failed me once. Backs up both apps and their data so you can restore them on another device. Hi, I, not having root access, use JSBackup https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.johospace.backup to send backups to Google Drive.
