As often as I reasonably can, but, at the moment, only in my mind and family culture. ;-> At the moment, my wife and I are actually on the road to Seattle, Washington state, USA, where there's a well-known Scandinavian neighbourhood called Ballard. That's not the reason we're visiting, but it's not every day you find good gravlax, pickled herring, and jars of lingonberry jam. Skål!
