I’m not a big supporter of half-measures. I think the best immigration policy is to open Australia to anyone who can reach this land, be those asylum seekers or just economic opportunity seekers. Immigrants transformed Hong Kong from a back water to economic centre of Asia, Australia can benefit enormously too.

The url does indeed contain the word "policies" but the headings on the page are "Principles" and "Aims" and it is indeed a *very* high level document.
