FYI, IE7 only allows 9 dns_name attributes. Not sure about newer versions. Last tested 2011-04-28.

I was deciding whether it's worth supporting IE10 (which was 3 years old at the time) or whether it was reasonable to compel the use of IE11 (2 years old at the time).
