May not give you good rates. Actually, last time (last year IIRC) I tried the ATM in Emporium (is it still there?) I found it didn't work. Got about 1 or 2 steps through the dialog and the software crashed. However, that was some time ago now. Have a vague recollection its owner may have changed also.
