The CVE list for 2015 had IE highest in the browser list too. Chrome next, Firefox after that. It's also a /feature/ of Winblows that IE is closely integrated in to the system; so an IE bug can bring down the whole system. Oh and those "happily" using XP, many of those will be responsible for the never ending spam junk that traverses the Net.... A.
