Given the circumstances, that contract should *never* have been entered into at all. My view is that the former Vic government is only a little bit lower than the current Abbott government, and that is pretty low. The Vic Liberal party themselves should be fully responsible with extinguishing that contract, not the Victorian public and not the new government -- all costs should be borne by the Victorian branch of the LNP.
