That happens all the time. It's the reason I use the reply-to. A good portion of the messages which accidentally don't go to the list significantly improve the quality of the list by their absense. For the messages which really should go to the list it's not that difficult to resend them.
I'd vote for Enlightened. I think we are more 'for' Enlightening people with the philosophy and advantages of free software, rather than necessarily resisting any entity/organisation, that's why I say Enlightenment.
Sounds plausible, better than any reason someone might have for baracking for the cats instead of the hawks.
