Sorry, I mean just a little bit higher than the Abbott government, but still very, very low. Abbott government = #worstgovernmentaustraliahaseverhad Former Vic government = #almosttheworstgovernmentvictoriahaseverhad - I'm not sure that they are the worst Vic government, but they are among the worst, especially over the East West contract fraud / debacle, which if not illegal, surely should have been!
