So far no-one has bid! The actual payment would be $9 + $1.50 auction fee + something like $30 delivery. But you are still looking at less than $50 for a quite decent dual- core 64bit system. A couple of my relatives have such Lenovo systems, they are nice. If you want to build a test network then a few of those would be a nice setup.
