IF! this is real then putting it on your nipples can be fatal but it's supposedly safe to put on your possibly bleeding gums your whole life?
obviously you need to use the toothbrush to apply the paste to your nipples (and negate the harmful effects of the paste). Some experimentation may be required to choose a suitable bristle hardness.
