If you mean Bitcoin as opposed to Bitcoin Cash (BCH) that was forked from Bitcoin, then I would suggest CoinJar. CoinJar won't do BCH, but seem good for Bitcoin.

There is also BitLio, however, BitLio was previously known as IGOT, and IGOT has a bad reputation - do a Google search to see what I mean.

You might get better rates if you exchange with somebody in person, not something I have had personal experience with.
