Could you pastebin\gist (gist.github.com is much "betterer") your sources.list? and anything under sources.list.d On Tue, Jul 3, 2012 at 7:44 PM, Bob <enquiries@lorneholidays.com.au> wrote:

Thanks Kevin,
Could you pastebin\gist (gist.github.com is much "betterer") your sources.list? and anything under sources.list.d git://gist.github.com/3039183.git
There were a number of files under sources.list.d I didn't include them all (google earth, Opera files) but just the one. Please let me know if you need the others. Also I have never used this process before so please let me know if I have not used it correctly Bob

It's upset because the same entries appears twice in sources.list or sources.list.d/*. Remove the duplicates. Glancing at the paste, the problem appears to be the partners repo. Here is a complete sources.list: # See http://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes for how to upgrade to # newer versions of the distribution. # ## updates -- Major bug fix updates produced after the final release ## of the distribution. ## ## N.B. software from "universe" is ENTIRELY UNSUPPORTED by the Ubuntu ## team.
