Hold down the ALT key, then you can click the mouse anywhere in a Window to drag it around. This allows you to get access to the bottom of a window which is larger than the screen resolution. Yes this works and it is possible to get around those problems in windows as well. Its just a pita that developers don't consider and testers are slack
