Hi, I am thinking of adding a tablet to my home desktop linux (opensuse) box. The wacom bamboo range seem to work with linux (http://linuxwacom.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Device_IDs) Does anyone have any experience using tablets (wacom or other) and can they provide any advice? I am also interested if anyone knows of a good local supplier to buy from! With thanks H

I had a HP convertible laptop a few years ago, the model eludes me now. The tablet side of it was wacom based and it worked in Ubuntu back around 2012 with only a bit of CLI magic to get it calibrated, support should be as good or better by now All features worked including 1024 pressure settings and eraser/tip sensing -- Mark "Pockets" Clohesy Mob Phone: (+61) 406 417 877 Email: hiddensoul@twistedsouls.com G-Talk: mark.clohesy@gmail.com GNU/Linux..Linux Counter #457297 - "I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code" "Linux is user friendly...its just selective about who its friends are"
