or use a _managed_ tunnel system e.g. https://tunnelbroker.net/ or http://www.gogo6.com/freenet6 or http://www.ipv6now.com.au/tunnels.php or https://www.sixxs.net/main/ ...
Sixxs are not processing new users or tunnel requests. They are in the early phases of a phase out. Their rationale is that it's time ISPs pulled their finger out and provided IPv6 for their customers, rather than leaving it up to the major tunnel providers to take up the slack. There has been quite a bit of discussion on the Fidonet IPv6 echo (Yes, Fidonet is still around, and yes, I have access!). -- 73 de Tony VK3JED/VK3IRL http://vkradio.com

Internode still AFAIK have the limitation that all IPv6 is metered, there is no free traffic unlike for IPv4 (especially relevant for Netflix where the recommended advice AFAIK still is to turn IPv6 off). Nobody else in Australia has native IPv6 that I know of. -- Brian May <brian@linuxpenguins.xyz> https://linuxpenguins.xyz/brian/
