Hi John, Are you also expecting this to be shared on your mobile phones? You can always set reminders or alarms and a notification will pop up. I work for Telstra, and I use Google calendar to remind me of my scheduled start time every Monday (shift worker). I also recommend it to businesses which have staff in the field with Smart Phones (Android) or almost-smart phones equipped with Google apps. An appointment taken in the office can be synched with a service person in the field using Google Calendar, and if care is taken to add the address in the correct field, then the field worker can get navigation to the address of the appointment.
