Mysql Slightly OT

I'm using Drupal 7 and mysql in Fedora 16 Drupal 7 organic groups has put entries into fields in the database but I do not know which tables or where in which tables. I have searched many tables manually but no luck. Is there a mysql command to find the contents of a field containing a specific word somewhere in the database? Apologies for OT Roger
