mutt does all three. i almost always choose Reply All (or 'g' for group reply in mutt) so I can edit the To: and CC: headers in vi, and can delay choosing whether the reply is going to be private or to the list until after I've written it. but not on this list any more. The From: and Reply-To: headers are both messed up.
And yes, Reply-To: munging breaks this badly.

History and an ever present stream of noobs mean Reply-To: munging will linger for a long time, even though we have both the mailing list and MUA software to properly handle all replies without having to munge anything. :(
