Looking at the procmail(1) manual page: "If no rcfiles are specified, it looks for $HOME/.procmailrc." I haven't tested this, but it appears from the above that if you specify a file on the procmail command line, it will use that instead of ~/.procmailrc - and you can specify command line arguments for Procmail in your Postfix configuration.
