Lev's a pretty trustworthy and ethical person so i trust him to handle my proxy vote correctly whether his personal opinion agreed with mine or not - my concern was whether it was fair or reasonable to put the burden of a large number of proxy votes all on one person.
This question of burden on a single person was something that the Committee has considered specifically here. And agreed that the best way was to have Lev as the "proxy spamming target"! It really shows a weakness in the proxy arrangement.
Apropos, a member is entitled to submit a proxy to any other member.
