People who work for commercial ISPs generally feel unable to admit error, that significantly reduces their ability to write a good report. LUV is not paying anything for the service and is relying on me and others donating time to running it so no-one is going to complain much about occasional minor mistakes. Having a bad entry in /etc/fstab isn't the smartest thing to do, but it's also not that much of a big deal. I got all the data transferred out of VPAC well before it shut down, so I avoided problems that could potentially have caused significant data loss...
