Look at OwnCloud. It is easy to setup and does calendaring and will talk to clients like evolution, thunderbird (via lightening) well. I am guessing it will talk to Outlook also. Also you may consider Zimbra or Zafara. Both will talk to Outlook. Admit that Zafara had some instability issues in some versions - dont know about the latest release though. Sogo is also an alternative I have come across, but it is hard to install. Daniel. On 01/09/15 16:02, craig.luv@shakenautomotive.com.au wrote:
Hi,
I'm getting the Microsoft Exchange pressure here at work again. We have survived with postfix/dovecot and sieve for quite a number of years. However I have to admit the needs for calendar sharing, meeting requests etc is getting pretty strong.
Any suggestions? Or advice about the following? (must work with MS Outlook) ref: https://www.linux.com/learn/tutorials/338482-microsoft-exchange-alternatives... These two seem like the best fit so far.. * Zimbra * Open-Xchange
