If you mean 2FA in general and not 2FA to google, the main GNU/Linux choice is called "duo". https://packages.debian.org/jessie/libduo3 http://manpages.debian.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=pam_duo https://duo.com/ I went with pam-otpw instead, so I don't know much about it.
