What are your requirements? If you don't mind a non-local tunnel endpoint then I recommend http://tunnelbroker.net/ (you can choose from various endpoint locations and I haven't looked at the list for a while).
I use them for my US based VPSs, where the tunnel endpoint is relatively close to my servers. For Australian hosts, the RTT starts to add up.
Another worth investigating is http://www.gogo6.com/
They have a PoP (tunnel endpoint) in Sydney, so useful for Australian hosts. They also delegate reverse DNS, and I have had it working in the past.
Or you could use Internode as your ISP and received native IPv6 from them - no tunnel involved. That's why I only use tunnels when out with a laptop on an IPv4-only netowrk. Reverse DNS delegation works well via Internode for both v4 and v6.
I have used Internode native IPv6 since March 2011. It "just works", same for reverse delegation, which Internode added some time after when I went native. 73 de VK3JED / VK3IRL http://vkradio.com
