Hi, I've downloaded and installed sensors-applet (AKA gnome-sensors-applet, AKA mate-sensors-applet) into my Linux Mint Mate 17 (Qiana) systems. But it doesn't appear on my (bottom-edge) panel, and none of those three names appear when I enter Menu - All Applications - All (so that I can right-click and Add To Panel). Searching my computer yields 107 files and folders, including 2 executables... /usr/lib/mate-sensors-applet/mate-sensors-applet 77.9 kB /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/sensors-applet/sensors-applet 86.0 kB ... but I haven't been game to just execute them from the search window. Any suggestions on how I can... (1) get it running on each bootup (2) have it appear all the time in the panel (3) enter its configuration mode (to set the temps, etc.)? Thanks very much in advance, Carl Bayswater, Vic
