S-o!, It's ok with you that I pay for 1500 k/sec but get between 1 and 80k/sec. I'm of the opinion that everyone should be able to get the services they pay for but so many do not. The infrastructure, as in all infrastructure, anywhere out side the suburbs is total crap. Roger
