I don't think so - it requires 2 and 3 to fail for an extended period if mail is to be bounced.
Sure, but it might also "confuse" some mail servers.... I don't know. Guess some will sent to the lowest MX and not to any other mail server and will never get to you, but that would probably be rare. -- Kind Regards AndrewM
