file sharing over the Internet

A client has a Samba server running ZFS that's working quite well for what it does. The problem is that a bunch of staff want to work from home and have been using Dropbox and Gmail to share the files - not what we want. Among other things we'd like to have the files stay within Australian jurisdiction.
