https://developers.google.com/+/hangouts/writing Google has written the above guide to writing Hangouts apps. None of the examples they have covers the most basic use case of sending a message. Also their examples seem rather complex, I just want to basically send a single message and not receive a reply. A Google search didn't turn anything up. Is there any easy way to do this?
