I'm pretty sure the problem is not my end, but is anyone else doing this?
I don't think I ever managed to get this to work with Aarnet's tunnel broker.
Are there any other options for tunnels these days? My ISP keeps telling me that IPv6 is coming, but that's been the case for a while.
What are your requirements? If you don't mind a non-local tunnel endpoint then I recommend http://tunnelbroker.net/ (you can choose from various endpoint locations and I haven't looked at the list for a while). Another worth investigating is http://www.gogo6.com/ Or you could use Internode as your ISP and received native IPv6 from them - no tunnel involved. That's why I only use tunnels when out with a laptop on an IPv4-only netowrk. Reverse DNS delegation works well via Internode for both v4 and v6.
