There would be no point in duplicating the organisation.
I would suggest to you that the proper thing perhaps for you to do is to abstain and that also will entail you respecting the choice of those to keep LUV as it is. And your beliefs will also be fully respected in you doing so.
The "proper" thing to do is to stop telling other people that they shouldn't vote!
Democracy is about respecting the wishes of the voters, not doing whatever it takes to make your side win.
