Hi Andrew,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I wanted to know if anyone had any good experiences with laptop repairers in Melbourne, and specifically, I need to get the trackpoint mouse pointer replaced on a Lenovo/IBM W51- ThinkPad.
The hardware maintenance manual for that model is here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-74250 It will give you the correct part number to order as well as the instructions for swapping it.
