We are looking for smart people to join our team to help fulfil our purpose and better serve our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Retention - Engage in direct interaction with clients, e.g. face to face meetings, phone calls, e-mail, demonstrations etc. in order to build and foster healthy client relationships and build sales potential within accounts. 2. Stakeholder Management -Flexible and able to adapt work style to continuously engage with clients and internal stakeholders. 3. Reporting and Documentation - Responsible for producing complete documentation around each sale and completes other administrative tasks on time. 4. Account Management and Project Delivery - Manages adhoc support work and the delivery of all approved work to ensure that the completed work satisfies the requirements of the client and is to an acceptable level of quality. 5. Sales - Able to identify new commercial opportunities by leveraging product capabilities in creative ways to meet customer needs as well as proactively find and generate new business. Key Requirements: * Tertiary qualifications in business (or similar) * Sound business development, sales, account and/or client relationship management experience in the ICT sector; * An understanding of key web technologies and Australian Government 2.0 initiatives; * Ability to provide insights and demonstrate the product advantage to business and executive managers; * Excellent networking skills to strengthen existing, and develop new professional relationships; * Highly intelligent, exceptional communicator with plenty of creative flair * Experience in responding to RFIs, RFTs, RFQs etc. Do you have the Squiz DNA?
