I am currently looking for some work as a freelancer or contractor.

I have many years of experience with Unix and Linux systems, as well as unavoidably Windows systems too (including making the two play together). I am a software developer at heart, but have done a fair amount of systems administration work too.

Here's a range of things that I could do for you

Project management	I can run a project for you, being software development, migration, upgrade
Design	I can design a system for you, ranging from writing a functional specification to detailed design document(s)
Research	I can run web  surveys on your customers, or look at competitive products and recommend what is suitable for  your situation
Development	I can write some code for  you in HTML5/Javascript/Perl/mysql, either for the web or desktop.
RFP	I have responded to many RFP's in my time, and won quite a few jobs, so I'm happy to get involved in the RFP process

My time management skills are good, as are my writing and communications skills.
