November wrap of Linux and open sourcy stuff
Hola amigos, Writing to you from Barcelona, Espana where I'm very lucky to be attending LinuxCon Europe. Blogging at http://blog.kathyreid.id.au and you can follow all the action via the #linuxcon hashtag. Have to say that Linus' keynote was a bit average but Catarina Mota's keynote rocked my world (she runs the Open Hardware Association). In other quick news, the next PHPMelb meet is 20th Nov; http://phpmelb.org/2012/11/08/20th-nov-osdclub-security-privacy-and-anonymit... ...and.... I'd really like to set up a face to face meet for this group on a Thursday night in Geelong - how does 29th November suit everyone say 6pm? I'll figure out a venue and some beer and pizza.
