I'm not sure a meeting/social catchup would be worth it at this point.. we barely talk on this list as it is. I'll try to post a couple things I find interesting here. The problem is most of us likely read slashdot/reddit/hackernews, so the majority of the stuff is a "repost". Of course, new discussions could be generated here...
From my experience in small organisations, a regular meeting - even if it's a lunch or coffee of three or four people - can make a world of difference. It provides a focus and a sense of being part of a "real" group.
But of course, other people react to the presence of physical people in the outside world differently :) Thanks for posting! Lev
