Speakers:

Cygwin is a large collection of GNU and Open Source tools which provide functionality similar to a Linux distribution on Windows.  It allows easy porting of many Unix programs without the need for extensive changes to the source code.

Duncan Roe has had a Linux desktop since 1993. A software developer, he first used Linux professionally in 1994.  He has been hacking on Linux ever since.

VirtualBox is a general-purpose full virtualizer for x86 hardware, targeted at server, desktop and embedded use.  It is freely available as Open Source Software under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.
