The Education Special Interest Group of Linux Users Victoria 
 is an open and welcoming community of educators, IT professionals, 
 and FLOSS advocates and consultants interested in using and 
 supporting Free/Libre open source software in schools, colleges,
 universities and training institutions in Victoria, informed 
 by best practice from around the world.

 We are also interested in the growth of Open Education. 
 Spreading the ideals of Free software to the curriculum 
 content, pedagogy, and practice of teaching and learning.

 Participate and engage in discussions and how to's, 
 share links and case studies, and stay tuned for 
 announcements regarding relevant events.
